How does this impact UA's transpacific connections?

All my transpacific connections have experienced delays out of SFO this year. Making tight connections to transpacific flights from east coast has been challenging with missing connection due to late arrival coming to SFO.
My last two international arrival flights to SFO experiencing lack of gates at G where departing flights were held back at the gates. In both cases, I ran for my connecting flights without collecting my bags for custom clearance and re-checking bags.
All these took place before the current ban,
