I find Tripsy to be unwieldy in the user experience department (adding subsequent segments after adding one is a pain for one), and extremely slow on the mac version (on a M4 MacBook Pro with 24GB of RAM), don't have an iPhone to test though.
I'm trying to look at it from a fresh view and not trying to treat it like Tripit. My TripIt use goes back 18 years, I'm really used to that workflow.

It takes some getting used to, but they are adding functionality like crazy. It looks modern, it has shortcut support, it has multi widgets... TripIt has become stale, no real progress or enhancements in some time.

As a new user, I'm sure it would be great, as a Tripit user I need to "stop thinking like that"

On the Mac app.. problem is that right now, it's really an iPad app so thats the issue. They are working on a web version, that may suffice, but I have no idea if they are working on a Mac app, I hope so.
