I will probably need to call customer service tomorrow, but I had a large bucket of pending points on my Amex Biz Platinum earned from charges. I canceled the account, and the balance was paid, but I don't see where those pending points from prior statement periods, and the last statement period, were credited to the account.

Do pending points get forfeited upon cancellation?
