If I want to add a few beach days to a business trip, it is usually easier for me to go to Hua Hin or Pattaya/Jomtien instead.
I also tend to follow whichever loyalty program I am using at the time. I have had a Marriott phase, an ALL phase, a Hilton phase, now a Hyatt phase, plus a few years as a free agent.
I have stayed at the Banyan Tree Phuket, and it is excellent. But it is also a rather specific kind of property, so it is worth checking whether it really fits your trip. From my point of view, it works very well for a romantic stay or for a stay with children. It is less convincing if your priority is exploring Phuket or doing water sports.
I have not stayed at the other hotels you mentioned.
Thanks!

If you're looking for hotel recommendations outside of Hyatt (which would be my suggestion on Phuket), the Thailand forum would be more appropriate.
The Hyatt Regency Phuket doesn't have a beach?
