Are you referring to the regular edit credit, which applies to any edit hotel, (2 x per year, used to be 1 x Jan-Jun, 1x Jul-Dec), or the 'special' 2026 $250 hotel credit which applies to certain hotel brands?
Any edit property gets the regular edit credit - those are listed as 'The Edit' and includes some [higher-end] Marriott hotels, but definitely not all. The 2026 credit is available for certain hotels, regardless of whether they are edit properties or not, and is promoted as a one-time benefit for this year only. Not an exhaustive list, but my recollection is the 2026 credit applies to hotels that are part of IHG, Omni, Virgin, Minor Hotels Group, and probably a few that I'm missing. Those credits are different, but those that are both in the eligible 2026 credit group and also edit property will stack, so you can use both on a single reservation.
