Provigil frequently causes a slight headache. That should be factored into one's ability to use it to fight jet lag.

I used it once after returning to the US from Hong Kong; had to work the next day, and once when I knew I would be up all night while on call. Very smooth. Saved a lot of time not having to run to the bathroom! Then there was the slight headache. Tylenol take care of it.
