Dutch Coke can served on a domestic flight?

Yesterday I flew ORD-LGA and back on a Super 80.

I noticed that that the can of Coke I got on the outbound flight was Dutch -- it was 0.33L, written in dutch, had Coke's Dutch web site as the URL, etc. But the aircraft obviously hadn't been been in Europe.

No big deal, actually it was nice as I will give it to a friend who collects foreign Coke cans, but I was wondering:

1) How exactly would an unopened can from any foreign country end up on a uper 80?

2) Have others seen this?

Since I had my wits about me that day, I'm pretty sure that I didn't unintentionally stumble across a drug-smuggling ring.
