Enrolled in this on AA website 3 weeks ago for me and spouse but did not appear on boarding pass for departure or return trips. Rechecked info entered and all looks correct. When I traveled early March, the Touchless ID worked for my PHX - DFW flight. On 28th it did not show up on my boarding pass and even the agent said it is not registered.
The only thing I did was I unchecked the box in the AA profile and rechecked it. I can see it is checked and it shows the new expiration date but showhow does not work.
Just to confirm: (1) In these cases you did have Precheck on your BP, just not touchless? (I recall a report or two of people who always get precheck failing to even get it since the shutdown. And of course, it is never guaranteed.)
And (2), your
initial check-in for your flights was on the iPhone or Android AA APP? (Many on here report better luck doing that - some say it doesn't matter. Others say AA told them it had to be that way.)
