QF used to fly from EZE on a 744 and a few years ago I was very lucky to score an old F class seat in the nose on a J tix. Four windows with views of ice and then Antartica in the distance! With four engines, they used to fly pretty much the GC route - adjusted for a bit of weather.

AFAIK, the 787s don’t fly nearly as far south due to ETOPS…😔
Ah, I see...thank you for your insights. Probably would have to peep through the portholes in the doors. Btw QFA28 still flies far enough south sometimes, for example on 24 March: https://www.flightradar24.com/data/f.../qf28#3ee4cf0d
