I have previously gained access to Qantas Club lounges when arriving, simply a matter of swiping your card and proceeding through with a smile on your face. It might be a different matter though if its not a QF owned and operated lounge which it appears to be. Only other way you could get access is if you used your charm and grace to convince another passenger to take you in as their guest.
