My strategy is the following:
  1. Use May's UK Bank Holidays to minimize burnt annual leave impact.
  2. Choose AY/JL/QR
  3. Fly as further as possible to maximize TPs but with a normal amount of flights
  4. Select Airports that have multiple flights a day in case things go bad (cancellations, delays etc)
  5. Select routes that use A350 and/or 787 to minimize fatigu

The first part of the run can work like this
Start the run on Thursday. Friday out to DOH and then fly to LAX. Fly to JFK and return to LHR after the 1st bank holiday. A return ticket (WTP will suffice if someone doesn't want to spend a lot) JFK-LHR
The 2nd run begins on the 2nd Bank Holiday, most likely on Friday or Thursday and adding annual leave. Flying the return leg back to JFK. JFK-NRT flight and the 2 x SIN flights. Rest in Tokyo for a few days.
Take the flight from NRT to DOH and then back to OSL.

Of course i intend to visit places that i am interested to such as Tokyo, Singapore etc while i am doing it. TPs won't be my only concern when the time comes to implement this.

Remaining TPs will come from getaways to Europe and my home city, Athens

I calculate the cost to approximately 6000£ retain gold
Hey, did you end up booking this trip? The issues in Iran brought this back to mind, especially with flights in the next couple of months.

I wonder what people’s Itineraries might look like now, if they are avoiding QR and DOH.
