Nope. 1080P at best. I’m sitting in 9L on 1101 right now. The user interface in 4K is gorgeous. All the images, even film collateral, and buttons are crisp and clear on the 27” screen. But not what matters: the actual content.

Even more hilariously: the pre-roll advertisements are in 4K! But the actual movie or television content is 1080P at best (including trailers).

United needs to rectify this before launching international service next month. Who wants to bet it’ll take at least a year, if not longer?
