Same experience exiting Peru with MigraCheck registration. The line minder just insisted only Peruvian citizens could use the e-Gates and even when I showed him my e-mail registration stating that I "must" use the e-Gates at exit immigration he just shrugged and pointed me to the (thankfully not busy) staffed desks line.
About 40 minutes from arrival at the curb to entering the Club at LIM lounge due to international security delays (2 scanners temporarily offline) without any checked bags.

I did do the Migrachek (pre registered and all) and walked up to the kiosks and started the process. The guy walks over and says "only Peruvian passports accepted here". I was about to tell him that it just accepted my passport but because there was virtually no one line - we just agreed and went through the other line in about 5 minutes.
Less than 30 minutes from Miraflores to the airport at 8am on a Sunday morning.

they don't assign the departure gate too far in advance. Just in case, some gates can be a bit far.
Separately, as another tip, if flying LATAM, my international flight's gate was posted a good 40 minutes earlier on the mobile app than on the airport departure boards.
