Note this:

  1. Fulfills any of the following requirements:
    - Has visited the territory via the Hong Kong International Airport for no fewer than two times in the past 24 months at the time of enrolment; or
    - Holds a valid HKSAR Travel Pass; or
    - Holds a valid APEC Business Travel Card with the code ‘HKG’ on the reverse side; or
    - Holds a valid Frequent Flyer Programme membership card issued by airlines which have joined this scheme (please contact the airline for enquiries).
AY used to be on the list, but what is the list now?
