I tried to find this using the search function in Google to no avail.

I will arrive in London the morning of 3/3 on AA on an award ticket and would like to freshen up in the lounge. I was wondering if my Qantas Club membership would allow access to either the Admirals Club or the BA lounge upon arrival. I just dropped from Platinum to Gold on AA, so the status probably won't help either.

From the Qantas website, it appears that access is only granted with forward travel that day.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
