There will be a Koru Premier Lounge exclusively for Airpoints Elite (in future Koru Platinum), Air New Zealand Business Premier, and Star Alliance Business Class customers, and for our new Koru Black members and Koru Black Nominees.

The Koru Lounge will be exclusive for Airpoints Gold (in future Koru Gold), Star Alliance Gold, Koru members (in future Koru Club members), Elite Partners (in future Koru Platinum Nominees), and Airpoints Silver eVoucher holders (in future Koru Silver), and our new Koru Family Nominees.

If the Elite Partner (Koru Platinum nominee) is travelling with the Elite (Koru Platinum member), they may access the same lounge as the Elite (Koru Platinum) member.
If the Elite Partner (Koru Platinum nominee) is travelling without the Elite (Koru Platinum) member, the Elite Partner (Koru Platinum nominee) will access the Koru Lounge.

Once Koru is launched, Koru Black Nominees and Koru Family Nominees will access the lounges as follows:

• When travelling with a Koru Black member, both the Koru Black Nominee and the Koru Family Nominee may access the same lounge as the Koru Black member.
• When travelling without the Koru Black member:
  • The Koru Black Nominee may access the Koru Premier Lounge.
  • The Koru Family Nominee may access the Koru Lounge.
