The last Shinkansen to get you from Shinagawa to Hiroshima in the evening leaves at 20:07. Arriving at HND at 7pm it’s almost impossible to catch this train. So I suggest you stay the night at/near the airport or near Shinagawa. Once you book your hotel I’ll let you know how to get from HND to the hotel and from the hotel to Shinagawa.

In the morning you can catch Nozomi #65 which leaves Shinagawa at 09:55. The train terminates at Hiroshima so you don’t have to worry about missing your stop and it arrives in time for check-in at Hotel Granvia Hiroshima South Gate at 2pm. If you need to extend your stay only a few rooms are currently available for the night of April 2. I suggest you reserve a room as soon as possible.
