Almost positive the answer is no but just in case there's some secret handshake thing at play.

I'm leading IAD at 5:30 PM for IAD-MUC (in JN inventory on UA metal)
My (also 1K for now) wife is leaving IAD at 5:30 PM for IAD-AMS (in YCA or -CA inventory-- its unclear currently -- on UA metal)

Unless I can successfully get her off the wait list for Polaris on her own flight there's no way to get her into the PL on my coattails, correct?

(And since its a government travel office who knows when it will actually be ticketed, and I don't think I can try using my PPs on her res until she actually tickets)
