Very sad Ulti here… requalified end December (achieved requalication already in October) and reached out to ask when to expect the anniversary tags. Was informed that formally I didn’t requalify during 2025 (instead per 1 January 2026) and that because I achieved Ultimate in December 2024, I’m also not considered a new member in 2025. Thus not eligible for the anniversary tags and no appeal possible

Any recommendations how best to proceed?
Who else is in the December group and what’s your experience?
