Hi, I am struggling with my request. I have submitted all documents. The agent came back with the following request :
  • A statement for the same membership showing your name, surname, card number and your flights for the previous two months.
In my case Agean does not provide such a statement. I have sent a screenshot of my card and my flight history in an Excel file separately.
What would you recommend to do? Should I create one PDF combining all those invidual sheets in one?
