Just finished a three night stay here on points (5,000/night). Used an SUA to upgrade to Studio Suite - at check-in, I asked if there was a cash fee to upgrade from Studio Suite to Premium Suite so for 289 additional MYR (roughly $75 or $25/night) we were upgraded to a Premium Suite. The hotel staff graciously allowed us to check into and occupy the Studio Suite until our Premium Suite was refreshed.

The room was quite nice with sliding walls as doors to separate the living/dining area from the bedroom and the bedroom from the bathroom. Full dining table with four chairs, nice walk-in shower, huge bathtub. Slightly over 800 sqft in total. (This is about a 100 sqft larger than the Studio Suite.)

Breakfast quality is very good; if I had a minor complaint it would be that it's exactly the same dishes every day. No rotation of food choices to provide variety. (First world problems, I know.)

Location is good to very good. KLCC Suria is a pretty easy 15 minute walk away and it's a $5 Grab ride away from KL Sentral. Monorail station is nearby. The interior walkway to the Menara Hap Seng buildings with restaurants, drug store, Family Mart, etc. is convenient.

As someone mentioned previously, there is a nightly motorbike racing of sort that (during my stay) was generally from 04:00 to 05:00 am. It's not only noticeable it's loud. Light sleepers may wish to pack earplugs.
