There is no "lounge." Cocktails are in the lobby and someone will pour for you, no self serve. The evening "snacks" are, in a word, bad. Breakfast is in one of two restaurants, and apparently split now if you are Globalist. You can also get complimentary coffee during the day in the lobby. This is really not a hotel you'd want to stay at for F&B. Hotel itself, and staff, are great.
