You're booked in coach so will in all liklihood get a bacon panini (sandwich), perhaps with a small fruit salad. You'll also get plenty of tea and coffee, and a bar service offering fruit juices, pepsi, and (if you really want it at that hour) alcohol.

IMHO the food is fine as a light breakfast at that time of the morning, but I would stock up in the lounge/terminal at LHR if you're really very hungry.

AFAIK the vegetarian option will result in a similar panini, but with a different filling.
