Finnair Plus customer service says they can't search for JAL F
Have been trying to find availability in JAL F.

The website doesn't show an option for F, so I called in. The agent told me that they can only see economy and business (and only economy was available on the date I asked for). I confirmed with them that it's not that F is not available, it's that they can't even search for it.

I'm slightly confused for two reasons:
  • JAL F is listed in the Finnair Plus award chart for partners.
  • The previous times I called, there was "no availability," but none of the agents told me that they simply. can't search for JAL F.
Have you successfully booked JAL F using Finnair Plus before?
