Did the bundle include Priority Boarding? United has different refund policies for Priority Boarding vs E+ seat purchase. If you cancel the flight, Priority Boarding is not refunded but the E+ seat selection is refunded (either to FFC or to the card). So that is why it may not show up directly. I would guess that if you then applied for a refund/FFC through their form, they would at least issue an FFC for a part of that bundle cost, however you may lose some of the funds that accounts for the Priority Boarding.
