That is nice as not evey one in my household really fly using the avios or BA itself except me due to my huge pile of points collected thru AMEX MR and transfer bonuses.
Unfortunately another family member in our household lost 16k avios that he earned thru his past (3 years back) travel on BA.
Like other member posted, i am going to inform him to call and request to reinstate and i will try to redeem even for short term trip every 3 years so that all the household accounts will be reset their expiry dates.
Btw..is there any specific AVIOS number that i should call to request to reinstate ??
