Had a one-night stay this week, 2x rooms booked as globalist.

The bad:
  • 45-minute wait for shuttle pickup at 9:00 PM from the international terminal. Called the hotel after 20 minutes, said everything was fine and the shuttle would be there any minute. Stopped answering my calls after that.
The good:
  • 1x RM upgraded to a suite, 1x "upgraded" to a water view
  • Buffet breakfast was good, breakfast service was friendly and uncrowded (at 6AM)
  • The points price: rooms were only 12k pts/ea
  • This property still gives globalist benefits on both rooms, without requiring a GOH certificate
  • No issues with the shuttle back to the airport in the AM
Overall, a great value. Of course, I'd rather stay at the Grand Hyatt, but for the night of our stay rooms there were 30k/ea, so very happy to have an affordable if not-quite-as-convenient option nearby.
