At this time.. regardless of the cost involved.. as little as it may be.. AA needs to follow DL (again) and do the same
If nothing more. but just to let AA customers know.. that AA actually cares about its customers.
As with any business. we all know optics can work to your advantage.. who knows.. a consumer given a choice of airline
might choose one over the other purely on the fact that the airlines was applying the same rules to congress..
