I'm in the same situation. I sent a formal demand letter requesting cure in 30 days, and if not, will file in small claims court against their Boston affiliate office. I cc'ed the CEO (
[email protected]) on the e-mail.
It's very clear from the BA deal that this was an intentional promotion, not a mistake, and was simply pulled when they miscalculated the response.
