Sri Lankan Voucher.
Due to the Middle-East situation, I need to either speculatively change or refund a Sri Lankan issued tickets. When I try to change, I find exactly what I expect. $60 change fee per pax.
But I am surprised when I try to cancel, I am offered the option of a voucher. It looks like what US airlines do nowadays. Has anyone tried it? Does the voucher come quickly? Is it easy to apply? Can a new booking give a new voucher with an extended deadline?
