Book asap, im surprised their rebooking policy is so flexibile and visible online.
What I found on their web site is this:

Do you need to change your booking?

As a continuing measure, please be reminded that if you have a confirmed booking with a travel date between 28 February and 30 April 2026, you are eligible for:
  • Two complimentary date changes to a new travel date up to 31 May 2026 when rebooking on flights operated by Qatar Airways, or
  • Refund of the unused ticket value. Please note that refunds may take up to 28 days to be processed.
​​​​​​​That does not include rerouting on another airline. Do you have a statement about this somewhere else?
