Seems to be an error on Chase's website. I got to the same Guide to Benefits link from looking at benefits for the Premier but that guide clearly only applies to the no annual fee cards like the Ink Cash and Ink Unlimited.

The Guide to Benefits here shows that it applies to both the Preferred and Premier, and indicates both have trip cancellation protection: https://chasebenefits.com/inkbusiness2
