Delta Grande Prairie - Pantry permanently closed as of mid January.

My first stay, they offered nothing. second stay, they offered me "Enhanced amenities in the room" (granola bar) and free coffee! Third stay, breakfast. I am currently in a back and forth with Marriott about the Guaranteed Lounge Access given I was not offered anything that meets the Delta offering for two visits even after asking. The hotel has stopped responding to emails! Is it a guarantee or not??
