Is he implying that he will still continue to fly airplanes around with higher fuel costs with existing staffing levels, but not that many seats filled because everyone is pulling back on their spending?
How do you get that from the statement? I just read it as there is "a plan" of some sort. Of course they won't be flying around empty planes with huge fuel bills on the same flight schedule and fully staffed.
