Some wine list and menu changes have been loaded for April. A few standouts with wine-searcher prices. Comments from me in italics

Wine
  • Domaine Serene “Evenstad Reserve” Brut Sparkling Wine, NV - $80 - p.s.
    • As far as Oregon sparkling wines go, this is generally in the top 10 with Lytle-Barnett, Argyle, and others
Food
  • Seared halibut with fennel puree, heirloom cherry tomatoes, seared leeks and cioppino broth - p.s.
  • Arrival treat now being listed on domestic/region 1 non-p.s. meal flights as a GODIVA Chocolate
    • Rotating selection of GODIVA Gold Collection chocolates, including the Dark Chocolate Ganache Sweetheart, Dark & White Chocolate Lady Godiva, or Salted Caramel Lion of Belgium.
