Domaine Serene “Evenstad Reserve” Brut Sparkling Wine, NV - $80 - p.s.
- As far as Oregon sparkling wines go, this is generally in the top 10 with Lytle-Barnett, Argyle, and others

Food

Seared halibut with fennel puree, heirloom cherry tomatoes, seared leeks and cioppino broth - p.s.
Arrival treat now being listed on domestic/region 1 non-p.s. meal flights as a GODIVA Chocolate
