If you are eligible for Delta One check-in, use their private TSA checkpoint. Otherwise, Go upstairs and gauge the lines at TBIT; it should be past peak departure time to Europe and before peak departure time to Asia. T3 should also be OK, as you'll be there after most afternoon flights have departed and before the red-eye flights depart to the east coast.
