Well having poor operational reliability won't drive away pax suddenly, however once business travelers have more and more issues with them, they'll switch and not look back.
It takes much longer to rebuild that reputation than it does to destroy it... and DL is milking the 'premium' strategy while operationally it is a dumpster fire.
