Yesterday, I went to the Polaris lounge after my 10am arrival.
Was told it was going to be about 20 min to take a shower, it ended up being about double.
Upstairs, I went to the dining room and was told it was going to be about 1.5 to 2 hours. The host seemed surprised that I declined to wait.
Finding an empty seat want easy either. I even up sitting at the bar.
All by all, not a relaxing experience.
