I booked a one-way flight on ET via United. I created a ShebaMiles account and have the ET PNR but don't see where I can add it to my account. If I'm not logged in, the landing page has a My Bookings option where I can enter my PNR and last name to see my flight but I can't add my passport info, phone number or email address. Am I missing something, any guidance would be appreciated. I plan on calling their US number on Monday.
If your PNR was created via an agency or other airline, you cannot edit personal details online. You will need to authenticate identity first via an email link sent to the email address entered by the original booking channel to make any changes or additions. Alternatively the call center or social media teams can assist you with this.
