Yes, probably not possible to evacuate so quickly. But even getting that many passengers to a basement would take far more than the few minutes they would have after an incoming missile is detected. Staying away from windows? If a rocket/missile/drone hits the terminal, there will likely be structural damage to the buildings. Staying away from windows can only help if the hit is near the terminal, not in the event of a direct hit.

As I said, with the crazies running Iran,this is not a risk I'm willing to take. And as you said, we all have different risk tolerances.
