However, for many airlines these days (certainly including JL), if a TA were to do that, the TA would get a very big fine and may have booking/ticketing access suspended. If an airline employee were to do that, I dunno... Maybe they can get away with it, but you will have to find one rookie/careless enough to do that for you without a good reason.
I was thinking that anyone might call an airline to setup an RTW, then when the price comes back, decide to change to the starting point. My
guess is that the airline agent, knowing that point of commencement changes availability, would then redo the flights.
