They also need to stop the entire focus of some crew between FCO and LIN being on crew friends travelling as pax… Jumpseats, shuffling them around the C cabin, hiding them in the front galley, blocking overhead bins in C with their enormous carry-ons… LH should take a clear stance in saying it’s not Alitalia any more. It’s not a feudal company being run for friends of friends.
