There are still some great FAs out there.

Family is on a really early morning flight all the way back of the plane with all four of us and we had an FA come all the way back and offer us FC meals as she/he had four extras. They really had to go out of her/his way to even come back and talk to us.

I’m being a little vague as they seemed a little nervous that they may get in trouble for doing so and wanted to err on the side of caution.

I told her/him that I insisted on letting AA know by name how great she/he took care of us, but I would leave out specifically what they did. They were comfortable with that.

If AA would ever discipline an FA for going above and beyond to surprise and delight a CK like that, then they are really and truly lost as a company.
