This could be because:

• You are not eligible for it
• It has expired
• You're trying to access a miles promotion and are a points-earner, or vice versa. If this is the case, you can easily change your earning preferences.

Anyone else run into this? Have several stays coming up during the promo period so would like to get the extra elite nights.
