No, it will not earn any miles or MQDs. It will actually book into DL E class since this is a DL marketed flight on a Light/Basic fare filing. Booking class is always based on who markets the flight, not the operating or ticketing carrier. You can see below that by simply adding a connection, you will get AF marketed flights on an AF fare which will earn miles/MQDs including on Light fares. The flights will be AF marketed even when both flights are DL metal.
