We are still stuck in the Maldives presently. But my partner was discharged from hospital yesterday which is fantastic news after almost three weeks inside. It will be an arduous recovery for them I fear but we’ll take it over the alternative.
I can imagine Male is not the best place in the world to be in hospital, but hopefully being somewhere warm and relaxing will make waiting for the return flight a bit better than being stuck in the US (not warm) or ME (not relaxing).
