Did you request Polaris upgrade? And PremPlus upgrade? If so you should be on both list.

The passenger in PremPlus requesting Polaris, will have priority over you in economy (unless you have GS PlusPoints). IME a significant number of those in PremPlus are are await listed for Polaris, I know I am every time. But if Polaris has space and you can be be upgrade directly to Polaris if you are then top of the Polaris.
