True it happens but I would say that is the exception -- in general and IME if you want to fly a flight with lie flat seats domestically you will pay much more then a narrow body.... Even on the EWR-CDG route we fly 6 times per year we regularly see the 777 more expensive than the 767 -- with not that different departures...
