It's just inventory, it has nothing to do with fares.
While it's a reasonable hyptothesis that it relates to the new cabin, the evening departure is also inherently more appealing and you will often see inventory differentials on TPAC routes on that basis alone. Keep in mind that UA's inventory releases are based on an algorithm which predicts demand and it is certainly reasonable to assume UA is predicting higher demand for the new cabin during the first week or so it's on the route. There is absolutely nothing nefarious going on here.

As mentioned, if you look in May, UA is releasing all the way down to P and the pricing is identical on the two flights. Check, for example, outbound May 6, returning May 13.
