As of a little over a week ago, so far menu not changed since that post. New menu should be coming in soon, but for that one, nothing was terribly good. Breakfast offering is a bit better.
For going TBIT to T7, I would do it landside or not at all. The shuttle is a pain, too much so for two ways.
